  • De Martino Cabernet Sauvignon (Chilean) A medium bodied Estate bottled red. Fresh, fruity and smooth.
  • Caliterra Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva (Chilean) Ripe red fruits plus blackberry, plum and cassis framed by vanilla oak and a touch of smoke.
  • Wolfblass Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon (Australian) An attractive bouquet of fresh red fruits, spice and mint with balanced oak flavours.
  • Wolfblass Merlot (Australian) Produced in the Clare Valley it is valued for its flavour intensity and elegance.

White Wine

  • Willowglen Semillon Chardonnay (Australian) This elegant wine displays a full fruit palate, good viscosity and fine balance.
  • De Martino Sauvignon Blanc (Chilean) A crisp white wine, with spicy and nuttley flavours.
  • Caliterra Sauvignon Blanc Reserva (Chilean) Tropical aromas on the nose with notes of passion fruit, pineapple and white peach.
  • Wolfblass Chardonnay (Australian) Packed with tropical fruit flavours such as peaches, pineapple and mango.
  • Wolfblass Sauvignon Blanc (Australian) The Semillon contributes tropical fruit character to the wine, whilst the sauvignon blanc provides citrus aromas and a crisp finish.
