I would readily recommend Amitan to friends – the canapés that were provided for my wedding afters were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and pretty to look at. The savoury ones were full of flavour and there was a wide variety to choose from and the little sweet canapés were so pretty and extremely tasty and moreish. The staff serving on the night were courteous and efficient and did not intrude on the proceedings so that we could all enjoy our night to the full. We cannot recommend Amitan’s service enough; their professionalism from early menu and event planning to the high level of service from their staff on the day was peerless. Judith and her team seem to make an event effortless, but it’s obvious that this is a result of highly organised and well managed planning. Throughout the day our guests were served refreshments in a timely manner, everything was extremely fresh and delicious, and compliments from guests and staff alike were as bountiful as the food that Amitan served. Amitan are an absolute pleasure and treat to deal with.

Amitan not only served exceptionally tasty canapes for our corporate reception of about 75 people, but they also took on a lot of the necessary organisation to prepare for the event which was invaluable to me as I was trying to prepare the reception in Dublin while being based in England. Amitan liaised directly with the venue to establish what space they could use, what the layout of the reception would be and what equipment they would need to bring with them. As a result I was able to arrive on the afternoon of the evening reception confident that the catering delivered would be perfect for the event. And it was.
I would recommend Amitan to everyone looking for an extremely efficient, friendly and expert caterer.
